What colors do you offer?

Each of our cabinet styles comes in base colors that are included in the price. Styles and base colors can be found on our product pages. We can also deliver cabinets painted in almost any color you want.

Can someone help me with the design and measurements?

Yes. Design and measurement assistance is available during regular business hours. We can provide live assistance via phone
calls and text messages. We also offer in-home measurement and design assistance to customers living within the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

What kind of wood do you use?

Our luxury cabinet styles feature solid birch wood for all cabinet fronts and doors. We use birch plywood for all cabinet cases.

Are door samples available?

Yes, for a nominal fee plus shipping costs. Contact us for details.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to residential and business addresses within the continental United States.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer local delivery within the Greater Tampa Bay Area on all orders over $1,999. For orders outside of Tampa Bay, we offer free shipping on orders of $3,498 or more.

For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and dimensions of the products purchased. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page.

What shipping methods do you use?

We work with all major freight carriers, including UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, and DHL, to get the best shipping prices at the time of shipment.

Expedited shipping options are available upon request, and additional costs may apply.

How long will it take to get my cabinets?

Finished and assembled cabinets typically ship within 5 – 10 business days from the order date. 

Customers will be contacted if their order will ship later than usual.

What Payment Options are available? accepts payment from all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Yes.  Financing is available from PayPal and Shop Pay.

Do You Accept Returns

We accept returns for merchandise damaged in shipment only.  Customers must request returns within 30 days of receiving the item. All returns will be exchanged for the identical replacement item.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Get Me Cabinets will arrange and pay for all return shipping.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products covering hardware and manufacturer defects. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and products used for residential purposes only. It begins the day the products arrive.
